Position Description

Assist in the preparation of menu items for The Well Café and/or other Centre for the City Ministries.

Responsibilities

• Preparation of various foods

• Helping clean up the kitchen

• Report to head cook when more supplies are needed

• Other tasks as needed in the kitchen

Time Commitment

Various shifts are available for regularly engaged team members. Special events may require additional assistance where expose members can partake. Team members commit to one of the following time slots.

• Monday 12:00 pm to 4:00 pm

• Tuesday 9:00 pm to 2:00 pm

• Wednesday 12:00 pm to 4:00 pm

• Thursday 9:00 pm to 2:00 pm

Qualifications

• Understanding of, and agreement with, the CSC Statement of Faith, Mission and Pursuits (cf https://www.cschurch.ca/central/about/who-we-are/)

• Familiarity with Compassion & Care mission, vision and process

• Ability to stand for an extended period of time, Manual dexterity
