Position Description
Customer Care Attendants love, bless and assist our neighbours in helping them with their clothing needs, in Jesus’ name. They stock the store, track attendance and clothing limits and keep the store organized and tidy.
Responsibilities
• Restock the store prior to each opening.
• Organize the store for easy and enjoyable shopping.
• Ensure the store is clean and tidy.
• Check Customer ID.
• Assist guests in finding appropriate clothing for themselves and their family members.
• Record limited items given to guests on tracking sheets.
• Engaging in meaningful conversations with visitors.
• Record weekly attendance and volunteer numbers.
Time Commitment
4 hours Monday and Wednesday evenings 3:30pm to 7:30 pm.
Qualifications
• Understanding of, and agreement with, the CSC Statement of Faith, Mission and Pursuits (cf https://www.cschurch.ca/central/about/who-we-are/)
• Familiarity with Compassionate Ministries mission, vision & process
