Looking for a way to love people new to Canada in the name of Jesus? The Centre for the City will take our mission to new Canadians, immigrants and refugees to new heights. You can be a part of this mission through our Refugee Friendship Program that will connect you with a refugee family, equip and support you through a year of intentional friendship.
Plan to attend our Orientation session on June 28th, 7pm – 8:30pm, where you will:
- Learn more about refugee situations, unique needs and the scale of global refugee crisis
- Learn WHY God cares uniquely for refugees
- Learn about different kinds of refugees and their needs
- Hear stories of how people from CSC have been blessed as they welcomed refugees
- Learn how you can work with CSC and our Centre for the City to support and welcome refugees in Jesus’ name.
